GU10 & MR16 headsFactory catalogue · Foshan, China
Sampo Lighting builds LED track lights for distributors, contractors and lighting brands: GU10, MR16, COB and E27 heads, shipped either as complete lights or as housings you fit with your own lamps. Start with the index, narrow it to the holder you need, and send us the track you're working with. We confirm every match model by model before anything is quoted.

Eight series sit behind the catalogue. Pick a lamp format or source type to narrow the list. The full LED track lights catalogue adds a second filter for complete lights versus housings, plus the notes we send with every quote.

A complete track light leaves our line assembled with its light source included: either the lamp fitted in the holder, or an integrated LED module built in, with adapter and finish already decided. It's the order for contractors and retailers who want a head they can clip onto the rail and switch on. COB heads are always sold this way, because the source, driver and optic are designed as one unit.
A housing is the shell: lamp holder, body, tilt joint, finish and the adapter that locks into the track, with no lamp supplied. Lighting brands and wholesalers buy housings so they can pair them with lamps they already stock or certify themselves. GU10, MR16 and E27 heads are all available in this form.
We keep the two apart in the index and on every quote because they aren't interchangeable line items. A housing can't be compared on price or performance with a finished light, and a buyer who orders bodies expecting complete heads ends up with a container of shells. If you're unsure which you need, tell us how the lights will be sold and we'll say which form fits.
Track heads don't fit every rail. The adapter on the head has to suit the rail's wire system, whether that's 2-wire, 3-wire, 4-wire or 6-wire, and the lamp holder and electronics have to suit the voltage the track carries. We don't guess either. Send us the rail profile, wire count and supply voltage, or simply a photo of an existing adapter, and our team checks the head against it before you see a price.
Dimming is confirmed the same way: per model and per installation, never read off the wire count. If a project needs app or wireless control, say so early. Smart versions are available on selected models, with the platform to confirm with our team.
We don't publish power, beam or colour figures on this site. Specifications vary between models inside a series, and we'd rather confirm the real values on your enquiry than print a range that might not match the head you order. These are the fields we confirm in writing for each model you shortlist.
CE, RoHS or UL marking is per model: check the spec sheet for the exact head rather than assuming a whole series carries it.
Our track heads are built for shops, showrooms, galleries, restaurants and hotel public areas, and for homes where one track run can replace several fixed fittings. COB heads tend to carry accent work on merchandise and artwork. GU10 and MR16 heads suit projects where the owner wants to swap lamps later. E27 bodies take larger PAR20 and PAR30 lamps for higher ceilings.
The applications page walks through each setting, and our beam angle guide for retail track lighting covers spot versus flood choices.

The factory floor that builds these heads also produces magnetic systems in the M25, M35 and 48V families, recessed fittings for GU10, MR16, COB, SMD and E27 sources, and conventional rails in 2, 3, 4 and 6-wire versions with their connectors and suspension parts. They sit on a single page as an index: one card per series, with enquiries handled by our sales team.

Brands and distributors can order OEM runs under their own name or develop an ODM head with our R&D team. Finishes, packaging and branding are agreed per project, and the track adapter is chosen for the rail system in your market. The OEM and ODM page sets out how a run moves from first brief to shipment, and our buying guide to GU10, MR16 and COB heads is a good primer for a first range.
Send the rail type, supply voltage and a rough count of heads. We'll come back with matching series and the specification fields filled in for each model.
