OEM & ODM
OEM and ODM track lights
Sampo Lighting runs OEM orders under your brand and develops ODM heads with our R&D team. Our services cover R&D, OEM, ODM, sales and after-sales.
What we agree per project
- Lamp format / source type and form: complete light or housing
- Track adapter for the rail system in your market
- Housing finish and colour, confirmed per model
- Branding on the head, labels and packaging
- Smart control on selected models, platform confirmed with our team
- Spec sheets and documentation per model
OEM or ODM?
OEM means we build an existing head to your branding and packaging. It's the faster route for distributors who want a dependable line under their own name.
ODM means our R&D team develops or adapts a head around your brief: a new body, a different joint, a holder your market prefers. It takes longer and starts with a conversation about what the head has to do.
How a run moves
- BriefLamp format / source type, form, rail system, market and rough quantities.
- SpecificationWe confirm power, source, CCT, CRI, beam, angle, material, track and warranty per model.
- SampleYou check fit, finish and light on your own rail.
- ProductionThe run is built to the confirmed sheet.
- Shipment and after-salesDocumentation travels with the goods; after-sales support follows shipment.
Before you send a brief
- Which rail system and voltage your customers use.
- Whether you'll supply lamps yourself (housings) or need complete heads.
- The certification your market requires; marks are per model, so we check the spec sheet for each head.
- Rough quantities per model. We'll tell you what's practical for the run.
If you're building a first range, our buying guide is a useful starting point, and the catalogue shows which series can be ordered as housings.
